GRE syllabus includes three components – Analytical Writing, Quantitative Reasoning and Verbal Reasoning. Quantitative Reasoning component of GRE has problems based on Arithmetic, Geometry, Algebra, Data Analysis and Coordinate Geometry concepts.
GRE Quant course at aKademy helps you gain competencies in all the above five concepts. The course curriculum is split into a total of five modules. Each module focuses on one of five concepts. Arithmetic module covers number theory, fractions & decimals, percentages and ratios & proportions, while Geometry module would deal with lines & angles, triangles, polygons & quadrilaterals, circles and 3D figures. Equations, inequalities and word problems would be touched upon in Algebra module, whereas averages, statistics, counting & probability and data interpretation would be the focus of Data Analysis module. Apart from coordinate geometry and functions & graphs, Coordinate Geometry module also covers Issue topic, which is one of the two essays you need to write as part of Analytical Writing component of GRE. Note: The other essay called Argument topic is covered in GRE Verbal course.
